Hello, my name is Leeah James and I am currently a DSP/ HHA. I also am in college to pursue Law. I am currently Med Certified, CPR certified, and G/J tube trained which would be Med 2. I was a house manager/ supervisor at my previous job. I completed tasks ranging in all different areas, from scheduling, client appointments, overseeing the work of contractors, to working with all different types of clients, etc. I have worked with cerebral palsy, schizophrenia, dementia, Alzheimer's, clients who needed to be bathed, fed, food pureed, showered, toileted. I have worked with a Hoyer lift, gait belt, tram, etc. I do also have a few months of facility work that I have done. I am currently also in the process of getting my independent provider license. I absolutely love what I do, the most joy I get out of life is when I am giving back to the community, or being able to simply make someone day and time being on this earth easier. Being in this profession has truly humbled, motivated, and inspired me all in one. I am so blessed to be able to make a change in someone's life for the better. I look forward to speaking with you!
