Hi To start off Im a simple human being who has a love for people and my life is not my own it is Christ my Savior. I am his hands and feet, I do all my work in passion all for his glory. I'm 34 years old from the time I was a young child. I struggled with sadness and cried however I didnt know why I was always so sad. My mother was a single mom who had us 3 sisters. I am the youngest. Noone knew until I was an adult that I suffered as a kid until the symptoms turned into anxiety, panic attacks and depression. Both my mom and dad side suffer from a broad spectrum of mental illnesses. My uncle committed suicide, my dad was in and out of mental health hospitals since a young adult. I had a family member commit suicide and my best friend who I wrote poetry with committed suicide. I have spent half of my life literally miserable. Finally one day I just got real with God and I said Ok God, I am giving it all up. I said There isnt anything I want in life Lord. I said if I cant love the way you do. Then I want to out. I just felt so purposeless. So..from that moment on I have a deep connection for human beings. I totally rely on God and am my heart and mind is always in tune with how people feel. I have worked with worked in the Health Care/Caregiving field for over 16+ years. I have my Nurses Aide License, CPR/FIRST AIDE/AED Certification, I have background also in sales, marketing, and nutrition. I a huge advocate for People who suffer from mental health and Alzheimer's and Dementia and our Elders. My future goals is to help bring change so that Seniors live in more of a home setting and not a institutionalized setting. In my spare time I enjoy singing songs to the Lord, prayer meditation, meeting new people sharing that there is Hope. I like to hear stories from the senior population, they all are unique and have a story. I like to travel, take pictures of unusual things and sightseeing. I really get excited when I come across abandoned buildings, because Its apart of history. It's just a hobby. I'm really a simple person I like to keep things in life as simple as possible because the world is so complex and I will never be as far as advanced as the world is becoming.
