Hi! I'm Leah.
I began working as a care provider when I was a college student. I worked both independently and as an employee of agencies providing childcare and autism aide services.
While in college, I completed a social service internship at Syntero Counseling Services in Upper Arlington, Ohio. I interned in the Older Adults program, providing case management, companionship, advocacy, friendly visits, and transportation to older adults.
After college, I became a Substitute Teacher. I have since moved on to a full time office job, but am available as a care companion on evenings and weekends. I am also available to provide overnight care. I have experience providing care/companionship for children with Autism (both high functioning and lower functioning/non-verabal) and Cerebral Palsy. I also have experience providing companionship/aide services to older adults and late stage cancer patients.
