Greetings all, I'm a retired nurse of 20+ years. I am honored to have had a great career in nursing. I miss being able to make small and huge differences in the lives of those under my care.
My specialties are geriatrics (nursing homes, assisted living, Alzheimer's memory care) and pediatrics (infant & school aged children home health).
My skills are as follows:
Peg-tube feedings/medications, glucose monitoring, administering medications in all forms, monitoring vital signs, wound care, catheter care colostomy care, ROM exercises, ambulation assistance, bathing/grooming assistance and great customer service to name a few.
