I am a certified CNA...I currently work with the elderly taking care of them in their homes....I was compelled to take up this line of work after taking care of my own mother for the ten years leading up to her death. I realized just how valuable the care given to someone who is in pain and lonely can be. I feel compelled to share myself with these people and if just by my very presence I can bring but just a little joy into their little lives each day it makes what I do so worth it.
