I took care of my mother for 11 years until she passed. I've worked for a few agencies providing care for the elderly such as meal prepping, fall risk, ADL skills. I have also worked in JD McCarty that also assisted the patients with their ADL's and basic care needs. I have done laundry, housekeeping, patient care, bathing, stand by assist. etc.... I enjoy spending time with them and listening to them tell stories about their lives. I think it keeps their minds young and wild at heart.
