My experience in the past including giving care and companionship to a lady in her early 90's. My responsibilities including helping her with light housekeeping and meal preparation. I also would assist her with tasks that were more difficult for her such as bathing, getting dressed and toiletry needs. Importantly, I would make sure that she kept a regular and consistent schedule with any and all medications that she had to take. Aside from those, I would make sure that I would keep her engaged and as active as I possibly could by walking with her and reading to her.
