I cared for an 81 year old diabetic woman living alone who suffered a stroke. She is also an obese heart patient. I deep-cleaned her living environment because her decreasing mobility meant she couldn't perform daily tasks. I assisted with meals, diabetic testing and insulin preparation, shopping, errands, companionship, transportation to doctors, sorting and trash removal. She is now in a nursing home.
I cared for an elderly man from age 89 until 93. He had multiple health issues but remained living at home with my help. I managed and assisted with his needs, from doctor visits to shopping, banking, medication refills and dispensing, housekeeping, companionship, laundry, cooking, dishes and pet care. As his conditions worsened and exceeded my medical skill level, I continued my help and arranged for and supervised CNA care until he passed away.

Evelyn worked for my family for nearly four years as a housekeeper, dog supervisor, organizer, and all around super helper with anything we needed help with. She has the most incredible work ethic and she doesn't quit until the job is done and done well. Hawaii's loss is Oregon's gain. We miss her terribly and wish she was back on this side of the Pacific.
I really love her and she was great with my kids. My kids usually have a hard time warming up to someone but she was great with them and it was nice to come home to a cleaned house and laundry done. She is definitely our number one choice on all date nights.
She is outstanding! My older 2 are begging for her to come back (the baby isn't talking all that well yet... So he isn't.)
She went above and beyond what I expected! She is the best!
I was extremely happy to have Evelyn watch my son. He was already in bed by the time the job actually started but I felt very confident the night would go well. We have an exciteable dog and she handled her very well. The biggest (and nicest) surprise was coming home to my laundry folded! It was one less thing to worry about and as a mom, it was nice to be able to relax the next morning!!! Thank you again Evelyn!
