I'm 38 years old and was an infant and special needs nanny in Portland for many years before returning to southern Oregon to open my own business which has subsequently closed; I'm looking for a change. My oldest is in college at SOU, my stepson is turning 9 and I regularly care for him, though I feel like I have an empty nest. I would love to have an infant again and I'm comfortable with all aspects of infant and child care. I've lost touch with most of the parents I worked for as it was long ago but you can talk to my kids and my step sons mom, I stay in contact with one couple, doctors and I nannied fir both of their infants. I'm very tidy, not scared of housework, I love to cook and bake, read (I love my library!), I listen to NPR and could care less about TV other than background noise although I prefer music. I have a mellow personality and I'm quick to laugh, I don't smoke anything, I dont do drugs but I dont care if you smoke pot because it seems most people do, I love pets, no real allergies, I love to write and read the paper, I've been told I'm diplomatic, I'm okay with everyone's politics, sexual preference, gender, race. age... I'm pretty easy to get along with and I'm really, really great with children of all ages. Currently I'm selling my home so.I would move in close proximity to wherever I nanny.
