I worked for several years as a live-in caregiver for a senior couple (one with Parkinson's) assisting with daily living, managing medication, meal prep, cleaning, errands, medical appointments, shopping, and emotional support.

In addition, I have a long history of pet care and childcare. happy to help walk the dog and care for pets.

I am currently attending a doctoral program in Chinese medicine and acupuncture so my availability varies but happy to help when available!
