I love all humans. In the recent past, In the recent past, I have cared for elderly adults, as well as younger people [generally those who fall under the state defined umbrella of IDD (Intellectual or Developmental Disability)].
Accordingly, my specialized skills include (but are not limited to) the following: medical advocacy (e.g., researching practitioners and treatments, assisting non-verbal clients to access care, as well as monitoring pharmaceutical regimens); facilitating and honoring trauma and grief processes; forging communal bonds; and promoting the cultivation of autistic joy.
In short, I love working with humans who are in the process of becoming who they are meant to be. Above all else, I love working with my clients and meeting them where they are.
