Hello! My name is Madi, a love of connecting with people! Growing up visiting my grandparents in their retirement/nursing/respite homes, I realized I adore listening to the stories these wonderful stories folks are itching to tell! As well as their life advice... as a 23-year-old, I always welcome that! My Oma ("grandmother" in Dutch) worked in care homes her whole working life after immigrating here from Holland. She is still alive and doing well at 95 (probably even better than me with her daily swims actually) back in Seattle. After meeting so many kind humans at all my grandparents'' communities, I realized that some folks just want someone to talk to. Someone to be there, someone to be their friend.
