I have a certification in Holistic Health Coaching from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. I became interested in obtaining the certification after caring for an elderly gentleman who was going through a challenging transition in his life. My responsibilities included: light housekeeping, cooking, doctor appointments and general help. I introduced healthier foods to his diet and he lost a total of 100 pounds while I was working for him. It was a gratifying experience.
Now with my certification, I have considerable training in natural, and holistic lifestyle choices which includes everything from nutrition, natural home and body care and mind/ body relaxation. I have used this training to help individuals learn healthier lifestyle habits and choices. I also have a Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree from Buffalo State College and a BA in Spanish from Slippery Rock University.
I use all my training and experience to work hard for my clients while maintaining a strong sense of professionalism, depth of compassion, and sincerity. Simply, I enjoy assisting people feel better, more comfortable and more empowered in their lives.
