Lisa’s Bio
I have a compassion for people, and believe that quality of life is important no matter the age or condition. I am honest and reliable, CPR and first aid certified and have worked in the school system for over 20 years. I grew up assisting the elderly although I never collected compensation for this. For about 10 years I cared for an elderly woman in her home and afterwards in a home care facility. My responsibilities involved assisted living, cleaning, errands, driving to doctor's appointments, filling insulin needles, reading and being the "eyes", and of course, giving companionship and love. I have given senior care to my father who lived in my home until his passing and respite care for my aunt because of alzheimers. My work experience has led me to helping ausitic children and generally caring for special needs.
