The opportunity to help care for a 93 year old, bed-bound senior has enlightened me in many ways. As a caregiver you exercise patience by slowing down to work hard at communicating and providing quality care, even if you are unsure of what specific challenges you may face day to day. Overall, I enjoy supporting seniors and helping them maintain a sense of independency, as they move at their own pace.
