I have been working with the elderly.in both paid and volunteer positions since I was 16. I worked as a volunteer in nursing homes as a teenager. I worked as a volunteer in nursing homes growing up and was hired as a bed manager in a local nursing home as a young adult. I took care of my husband after he suffered a ruptured aneurysm in 2016 and I continue to work as a caregiver for local families. I’m comfortable with people suffering from dementia/alzheimers, people suffering from neurological disorders, people recovering from surgeries and people just desiring a companion.
