I became a care companion after I lost my grandmother to cancer because I helped her out day in and day out. I enjoyed being the one to be sure that she was well taken care of. Then soon after I got a job as a hha with the birches at home and one of my clients was the care giver to their grandchild. So every morning I made breakfast for the little one, helped her pick out her clothes for the day, we read books, watched Nick Jr. We even walked the dog. I loved it.
