I been working in this field since 2008, it’s a very rewarding experience. I love working with the elderly because I like helping them to become more independent, and making them feel comfortable.
Showing them respect and having compassion for them. You also have to be very patient and caring, and understanding of their needs. Because you’re there to help them and make them feel at home. I can help with daily activities, such as bathing and bathroom functions, feeding, grooming, taking medication, and some housework. I do appointments, and outdoors activities. I love putting smile on their, keeping conversation with them and I just love love help others feel better about themselves. CPR, First AID certified.
