I have been working at the daycare and preschool I currently am teaching preschool at for the past 10 years. I started shortly after I graduated. I have always loved children and loved to teach. I started in the infant room, worked my way up to supervisor of the infant room, Received my associates degree in early childhood education while also working. I then moved to the toddler room and for the past 2 years I have been in the preschool classroom. I love my job and co-workers however, I would like to pursue a more private care giving opportunity. I have a 3 year old daughter who has autism. I have self taught myself as much as possible and would love possibly further my education but in the special needs field. I am very familiar with the various therapies, programs, and knowledge that is required when working with a special needs child, or adult. I am very flexible, energetic, cheerful and generally strive to be a people pleaser. I love animals and am always down for a challenge.
