I’m currently a Certified Nursing Assistant and a certified processing technician that work at Jefferson hospital of neuroscience. I took a leave of absence for a few months to tend to family. While on my leave I’m caring for two dementia residents a couple days out of the week. I consider myself as compassionate and supportive as well as caring. I try to make sure that they can still do things for themselves, keep encouraging them as comfortable as possible. Encouraging them to eat and drink, I also encourage them to walk and do things that will help their mental state.
