Hello! My name is Faith, and I am a part-time student working towards an entry-level doctorate in Occupational Therapy (OT). During my 4 years of OT school, my focus has shifted from an initial interest in pediatrics to a growing passion for working with adults. In addition to the education I received alongside the rest of my classmates, I also gained specialized fall prevention and home modification skills during my full-time fieldwork placement with UPMC Home Health.
I am passionate about providing client-centered care to promote home accessibility, aging in place, and a higher quality of life for adults with any level of support needs. In both caretaking and my work as an OT student, I strive to deliver empathetic, consent-based, and dignified care to my clients.
