I am a former Case Manager/Support Coordinator for 10 years assisting individuals with disabilities and their families to access services and opportunities to thrive in their communities. I have also worked in Job Coaching services for working individuals requiring additional support due to mental health and developmental differences. I have provided direct support to varying care need levels including: children and adults needing full physical care to fully able bodies needing assistance to coordinate and motivate to achieve goals.
I am a mom of a 6 year old who loves adventures and volunteers at the Elementary school with full clearances. Providing care for others has always been natural for me as people and children are my joy.
