Casey’s Bio
I am a certified medical assistant, certified nurse assistant as well as a certified phlebotomist. I became a caretaker when my grandmother got sic once my grandmother became ill I knew that I wanted to help her and I just fell in love with the job . Taking care of people is not just a job for me it is the way that I feel closer to my grandma. I took care of my grandmother for about a year after that I started to take care of my great-aunt until she passed away. The year 2011 I became home health aid certified in 2012 I obtain my phlebotomy certification in. I skipped ahead in the year 2010 I became certified as a medical assistant. Because of the lack of employment in a hospital for a medical assistant I went on to take the test to have my nursing assistant certification. After obtaining all of these certifications I realize that I did not want to work in the hospital so I started my first job in 2010 at a nursing home. Which I was employed for two years after that I went on to work as a home health aide for a year-and-a-half then I drifted on into working and school base for children with special needs and medical disabilities. Being a caregiver is not just something that I do because it helps pays the bills but it is something that I do because it is a passion it is something that is built into my heart I love taking care of people I love to see the smile on their face knowing that there is someone there that cares for them that doesn't just look at them as a paycheck but actually looks at them as a human being. Being a caregiver is not just employment I feel like it's my calling. That is why I do it to the best of my ability and I make sure that the person that I am taking care of knows for sure that they are in good hands.
