I respect elderly people fully. I am currently watching my mother slide into the I can't remember mind set. Lost my dad due to long illness in July 2015. As a high school student I worked for Kanawha Valley Senior Services, in home care to keep elderly in their own homes. I am 44 years old, and I know people of all ages need care. I am very compassionate and understanding in as the body ages the importance of a caregiver that knows things hurt, things don't move as fast, things will never be as they used to be. I just feel I would be a great fit to tidy up their home, cook them a healthy lunch, take them to the rest room, even shower or bath if needed. A care companion is a new best friend.
