I have had the pleasure to be caregiver to four lovely and kind souls(men and women) . Have been caregiving for about 8 yrs now.
I was living in Georgia when the Lord called me to move to SC to take care of my mom and a friend of my mothers that she sat with. But Ms.S. began to fall frequently and mom could not lift her anymore.
I was caregiver for her for 6 yrs.
During those yrs I completed an online course through Midlands Tech; "Caring for the Ageing Parent"and received my certificate for that course.
Since then I have cared for an Alshieimer patient and a lady with ALS.
