Currently my sister has two girls (an eight month old and a two year old) who I have been watching two days a week or when needed. My Landlord has a seven year old son that I have helped raise since he was born and babysit whenever needed. I have assisted loved ones and friends of family who have fallen ill due to disease or age and were not able to take care of themselves. Caring for others has always been so gratifying for me and I seem to make those who need assistance ask me to return time after time. I have been doing this off an on over the years when I was needed and I never thought about doing this as a job till after my landlord suggest that I apply here and see where it takes me. I did go to school for Art Education for k-12, but I chose to graduate with my bfa in art before I finished my certification in Education. I went directly into freelancing photography while working and then in 2004 starting a non profit 501c3 certified public art gallery called AlterGallery Inc. I was the CEO of an organisation I helped start enjoyed serving my community. I never finished my k-12 education certification or got licensed as a CNA or Nurse, but i am an excellent care taker and babysitter.
