I have been happily caring for others since I could walk! My mom has always called me "the fixer." I am not happy unless everyone around me is...
I began working with children in a volunteer basis at my church, as my dad was the pastor, since I was a young child. I accepted my first job as a care giver at the age of 14 where I assisted at an in home day care and feel in love.
I have since raised 2 wonderful boys, while staying in the aspect of childcare to this day. I completed my Associates of Science in Teaching (with an emphasis on Special Education) I worked in a High school Life Skills class for 6 years ( they were my second family) until I felt the need to homeschool my youngest son who was struggling with ADD and severe dyslexia. We successfully raised his reading ability and he has returned to school. I now feed my need to be a teacher/care taker as a tutor at a local homeschool co-op and a 3 year old teacher at a Mother's Day out Program.
