Hi! I'm Micki!
I have recently resigned from my career in healthcare of over 30 years. I have decided to use my experience to be a companion for seniors in El Paso, TX. I have learned from conversations with seniors in the hospital environment that many seniors simply want to be heard and loved. Often times, they want somebody who will help them live life at a slower pace. Attentiveness the willingness to simply spend time with them is more important than anything else. I want to spend my time giving them the respect and dignity they deserve by doing the things they enjoy: reading a book, the Bible or playing cards. It is an absolute honor being a part of their world when the sun is beginning to set in their lives.
