Why do you love being a caregiver?
I love caregiving because I genuinely enjoy people and meaningful connection. Especially after COVID, I saw how isolation affects older adults, and I find deep purpose in offering companionship, consistency, and warmth. I approach caregiving as building real relationships—showing up with patience, respect, and kindness, and treating each person as I would a member of my own family.

What experience do you have?
I have worked as a companion for older adults since the COVID pandemic. I spent one year working in a nursing home, where I supported residents closely in their daily routines and emotional well-being. In addition, I work privately with families, providing companionship, conversation, light assistance, and reliable presence. I’m comfortable adapting to different personalities, routines, and levels of independence.

What skills and training do you have?
I bring strong communication skills, emotional awareness, and attentiveness to detail. My background includes hands-on experience in senior care environments, as well as private companionship roles. I am calm, dependable, and observant, and I take pride in being someone families can trust. Above all, I care deeply about helping older adults feel seen, supported, and valued.
