I've been a medical caregiver for over 12 years, and a registered nurse for over 7. I started in a nursing home for the first 5 years of my career, then became a travel nurse, and since have worked and volunteered in many hospitals around the US, and 8 other countries.
I'm trained in cardiology, geriatric, oncology, surgery, and rehab. I've also studied many non-traditional and alternative therapies. Additionally, I'm experienced and well-versed in all areas of in-home care. Most recently I've worked as a full-time, live-in nurse, and a part-time, in-home nurse.
I prefer a healthy lifestyle and enjoy preparing meals in that fashion, but don't mind catering to specific meal requests. My career in medicine has shaped my passion for approaching wellness holistically (mind, body, spirit), and if the situation allows, I enjoy sharing my holistic knowledge with my patients, and shaping their wellness plan accordingly.
