I am a PhD student completing my degree in Health and I also have nursing assistant training. I believe in helping people to experience the small joys that are available to them whether it be through music, art, food, exercise, touch, or memories. Having been a caregiver for my father who has dementia, I have learned about the very unique needs of those with these types of brain diseases. My goal is to help people live as independently as possible whether they are in their own home, assisted living, or another facility.
