Below is a brief description of my responsibilities and daily tasks:

Worked diligently with doctors, nurses and family members to provide and maintain a safe living environment so that adequate healthcare could be provided based on patients needs.

Kept record of vital signs which included blood pressure, temperature, respiration and pulse.

Offered assistance with personal ADLs such as:

Turning bedridden patients every 2 hours, providing range of motion exercise and to decrease the potential risks for bedsores.

Transporting and ambulating patients to insure patient safety while walking, using a sit to stand, or operating Hoyer lifts.

Bed linen changes

Dressing and collecting dirty laundry to be cleaned.

Bathing which included nail care, mouthcare and haircare.

Toileting and emptying catheter drainage bags to keep track of patients’ bowel and bladder output.

Meal preparations when needed.
