I love taking care of the residents and getting to know them and their families. I’ve worked in a nursing home for 12 years and I work 12 hour shifts with the same residents so we really get to know them. We get them up in the mornings dress them and either change them or take them to the restrooms and we feed some of them if needed we also give them showers and take them to activities.
