Hi, my name is Cara! I love caregiving because it gives me the opportunity to meet new people, build meaningful connections, and make a positive difference in someone’s day. I also enjoy the new experiences and opportunities that caregiving brings. I have experience with basic caregiving tasks, including cooking simple meals, meal prepping, light cleaning, medication reminders, productive activities, safety care, and assisting with basic grooming such as hair brushing and other personal care needs.
