Hello! My name is Rachel and I’m a 30 year old Texas A&M college graduate, class of 2012. I speak English, Arabic and a little Spanish. I work in sales and have been a sales dev rep for about 4 years now. I’m looking for a change; I’d like to go back to grad school and get my Master’s and Doctorate in Middle Eastern Studies/ Arabic and, while in school, nanny or be a caregiver full time. I grew up with two younger siblings: one 9 years younger than me and one 12 years younger, so I grew up taking care of my baby brother and sister (not so baby now!). I worked in the church nursery in high school and college and assisted with many a VBS. I was a nanny for a summer for two girls age 7 and 11, and I worked with Sylvan tutoring at risk middle school youth for the STAAR testing. I also was a contract 1st grade teacher for low- income families for a while as needed. I love children and helping those in need.
