I have tons of experience with childcare, but my parents got sick about a year ago and i had to quit my job to care for them. My mom got diagnosed with breast cancer, right after my step dad was diagnosed with stage 4 colon cancer, and my father had parkinson’s for about 3 years but in December got Covid-19 and unfortunately passed away. I wish I could’ve done more. It really interests me to care for someone elderly because I know I can make someone happy & that itself will be so rewarding. I read something online once that said grief is just love that you can’t give. I hope you give me chance to love. It will be a win win situation where I will help, but at the same time, I myself will also be healing from the grief.
