With a degree in psychology and a passion to help people, I have 10 years experience working with the elderly.

There are so many things in life that are outside of our control, but retaining dignity while we age doesn't have to be one of those. Watching my father age as well as those who I have worked with in an assisted living facility have all added immense value to this world. And it's so important to me to make sure that they are cared for with dignity, where they still retain their agency and as much autonomy as possible. It's my purpose in life to help people, of all ages, in whatever ways they need help with.

I am certified in CPR and first aid. I'm a certified respite provider. I have several certifications in Crisis Intervention. I am studying to be a licensed therapist, so active listening and being emotionally present are two of my top skills.
