I first started working with seniors 30 years ago with a company called Kindness In Serving Seniors. I assisted with meal prep, companionship, running errands, medication reminding and taking short walks. I then became an HHA (Home Health Aide) and I was trained in transfers, bathing, dressing, and changing/making beds when a client is in it. I then did companionship where I took the client to doctor visits, ran errands, did meal prep, played cards, or helped with their pets.
