Being a caregiver is comforting, I love being able to help people and assist them with staying as mobile and active as possible, and for the clients that are not as active or doesn't have a choice as far as mobility and physical activity, providing company to them for mental activity is just as important. I was a caregiver for my mother for about five years before she transitioned, to see her continue to try to stay as active as she wanted to be, was very important to me. I enjoyed seeing her smile when she realized that there was duties and activities that she was still able to complete or accomplish.
