Ashley’s Bio
I started caregiving with my great grandmother occasionally when I was 20. I enjoy being someone that will listen to all of the stories, and care for someone who wants to tell them. After seeing how impactful it can be for an individuals mood to have companionship nearby, I decided I'd like to be that more for people. In my full-time job I answer phones and that has also made me see how lonely it can be for people who are disabled or elderly. My elderly customers will spend an hour or more talking my ear off on the phone, and I can appreciate the fact that they are comfortable enough to do so, and that I may be all the outside communication they get all day, so I am happy to listen as long as they want to talk!
