Miriam’s Bio

I started as a caregiver because I love helping individuals live a better life on their own terms. Give assistance where needed and allow them to shine at their own pace. I mostly work with special needs individuals; but have experience working with elderly individuals in a group home setting. I worked as a respite contractor through Berry Family Services in 2009, a Inhome day Hab contractor in 2018, and I currently work as a CFC contractor through them part time. I have been a caregiver for 15 plus years and love every minute of it. They provide training and I am CPR and First Aid certified. My character is calm and peaceful and my clients tend to take to me, because I pay attention to details and always make my time spent with them about them and their needs. I also worked with totally dependent individual with whom all ADL was required including medications, bath, dressing, meal prep, feeding, taking on outings March 2019 to April 2020 weekends.
