I have been a caregiver for 20 years .I started in a facility but worked for the residents not the company .I would get them up ready for the day .Took their meals to them if they didn't want to go to dining room . When I worked I their homes I would get them up fix breakfast dressed .If a nurse filled their med box I could give them their meds .Helped with daily routines .
