In the past, I've had experience taking care of many people. Some that were elderly and some that were young adults that's were differently abled. Care ranged from cooking, cleaning house, companionship to more personal help. For example, I helped people in and out of the tub/shower, help with hygiene (brush teeth/hair, deodorant/cream application) if needed. Find their style and help them achieve their look for the day, by aiding in dress, hair styles and encouraging individuality. Reminders for any medical appointments, grocery help, and pure fun. Medication reminders and basic health check (weight/blood pressure).
