I love being a caregiver because I believe it’s one of the most meaningful callings in life—to serve others with dignity, compassion, and respect. My experience as a caregiver spans both personal and professional settings. I’ve cared for my husband, a disabled veteran living with PTSD, chronic pain, and sleep challenges, assisting with everything from medical appointments to daily hygiene, mobility support, and emotional reassurance. This hands-on experience taught me more than any textbook ever could—about patience, advocacy, and the quiet power of consistency. I’ve also served in leadership roles where I’ve managed people with empathy and high emotional intelligence, which translates directly into providing personalized, high-quality care.

In terms of skills and training, I bring a unique combination of practical caregiving knowledge and strategic thinking. I’m certified in Agile Project Management, but more importantly, I am CPR-trained, experienced with medication management, and well-versed in supporting those with mental health conditions. My communication skills, crisis management abilities, and deep sense of integrity allow me to build trust quickly and adapt to the evolving needs of those I care for. Whether I’m helping with transportation, coordinating care plans, or simply holding someone’s hand during a tough day, I show up with heart and purpose every time.
