Belinda’s Bio

I am a mature, 61 year old woman, who cares a lot about people and their situations. I cared for my mother for two years, when she was dying from cancer. I do not have any training or certifications, but would be willing to get them in order to be a companion sitter. I enjoy all types of people, and their cultures. I like to talk with people and help them in any way that I can. I took care of my 73 year old roommate, who eventually decided she was getting too frail and sick. She returned to her sister's house so that she could be with her family. We are still friends after having lived with each other for four years. I still take her places, and we go out for lunch. I have a tremendous heart for people who cannot do that for themselves. I would like to be a sitter, because I like taking care of people who don't have anyone to spend time with them.
