Very bad communication skills
Tammie never showed up. We had asked her to come on Tues and Thurs. On Tues, she had car trouble and wasn't able to make it. This was understandable and she did let us know in the morning. Then on Thursday, she never showed up. I tried calling her to see if she was delayed, never received a response back. If her car was in the shop still, it would've been understanable if she had called and said she was no longer available.
