Lisza came to work for me for 4 hours on a Monday and was supposed to return the next day. I smoke outside and away from my baby.
On Tuesday Morning - I woke up at 4am with my daughter to find a text message sent to me at 1:39 am which stated that Lisza would not be returning since she didn't want to work for someone who smoked. She could have told me this at 6pm Monday instead of leaving me with absolutely no options or time to find someone else.
She seems like a nice lady but that was extremely unprofessional and I am very disappointed with her timing and means of communicating with me. She is an adult and could have not left me in such a desperate position.
