I've been working with children since my freshman year in high school. Growing up I was always in different dance companies/ competitions so my first job was an Asst. Dance teacher with Pique Pac. I worked there for 2 2 1/2 years then started working with the company Zenith Learning, an after school program. I started off as a Group Leader, which means I would have a select group of kids and let them have snack time, do activities/homework, and other fun games. I eventually upgraded to Asst. Site director where my duties were pretty much still the same except I help other Group Leaders, talk more to parents, and make sure everything is going smoothly. Throughout the years I do volunteer work at different communities whether if it’s with children, seniors, or for the needy I’ll do it. It brings joy to me to see that I play a part in helping out my community or that I’ve left an impact on someone.
