Hello I am interested in being a care giver because I have ample experience and a calling to help the elderly. I currently work at Assisted Senior Living Calder Woods as a courtesy patrol officer and have been throughly background checked from my employer to be around the elderly. I also have raised two sons and my oldest is serving in the US Air Force. I also took care of my mother when she was dying of cancer so I also know all about taking patients to chemo and radiation treatments and blood transfusions etc. doctors appointments. I have also helped many neighbors through the years take care of their family members before they passed or just to help. I worked for Harbor hospice also for a short time. I want to start my own business and have control over my schedule which is important to me. I am willing to make sure your loved one eats, help them dress etc, takes their medications on time and mobile issues and keep them company but no bathroom or diaper changes. Sorry.
