Natalie was super responsive, eager to discuss her skills and very sweet. I did a video interview for her, and I could tell she really likes children. We didn’t pick her due to schedules not aligning.
Although we ultimately chose a different candidate for our long term nanny, I have no concerns about Natalie's ability to be a committed and loving nanny. She is gentle, nurturing and kind, and has a calming effect. I spoke to two of her references who sung her praises. We wish Natalie the best of luck!
